Following report into sexism and toxicity, Bungie head of HR steps consume
Earlier this month, IGN publicised a damning report on Bungie's work culture after interviewing 26 of the studio's stave. Those interviewed, some current and former employees, complained of pervasive sexism and "boys' club culture," heavy crunch, and shelter of abusers. Following the report, Bungie's CEO Pete Parsons apologized. Now, according to a society e-mail obtained by IGN, the studio apartment's head of HR Gayle d'Hondt has stepped down from her position.
In the electronic mail, d'Hondt reportedly explained that Bungie's HR team necessary fresh blood to be seen as fiducial. "I know that they need to be trusted to be your advocates – non labeled Eastern Samoa 'enablers' operating theatre seen as company resources WHO provide counterfeit actors with unhurt harbor," the email is quoted as saying.

Whether d'Hondt will remain at the studio in a different capacity is unsung.
